Kintaro knives are hand forged by Yoshimi Kato who is a talented craftsman in Takefu, Fukui prefecture. He is a son of the Hiroshi Kato and he took over the business in 2017. Yoshimi Kato is egar to create new type of knife blade by listening the users feedbacks, and he goes abroad to see chefs and his users a few times a year to laern.
